  1. These would work even better with a revealing amp that brings detail, clarity and dynamics such as Audiolab, Cambridge or Yamaha, and let the speakers bring the musicality for overall balance. The Denon is great but may be a touch warm sounding, and could be why it works so well with your LS50's. In other reviews the Lintons are combined with the Audiolab 6000A and the combination is perfect.

  2. Bass is not good, it is like it lacks resolution.
Tonality is not so good to my taste.
Thanks for the demo Tharbamar. You became a professional rewiewer. Great job as always👍

  3. every room is different. I would love to hear them reproducing something like the Police's spirits in the material world…or regular music. I wonder how kind they are to not so well recorded music that I mostly listen to , sometimes it is hard to tell with perfectly recorded audiophile music, at least for me it can be.  by the way I do have several audiophile recordings ,  but I don't get a lot of pleasure from them, great to demo though.

  4. Very pleasant sounding speakers – I imagine these would be very easy to live with. The rock demo seemed to excite the upper base in your listening space though, so it was difficult to hear how good they might be with that kind of music. Your previous listening space seemed much more neutral acoustically?

  5. I love the big full bodied sound here! They're a little too warm for my taste, but I bet a little EQ boost above 10k would make these sound amazing.

  6. Sounds nice. Would I be correct to say it does not have the extra extended highs and openness like today’s newer speakers? Maybe it’s a smidge more vintage like?

  7. i wish i can hear this same song on Kef LS50 vs Wharfedale Linton Heritage then i will know which one i like most and buy them.
